Clifton Opportunities Now for Vibrant Economic Yields Act or the CONVEY Act
This act directs the Bureau of Land Management to convey to Mesa County, Colorado, a parcel of land in Clifton for fair market value.
The county must pay all costs associated with the conveyance, including any surveying costs.
The proceeds from the conveyance must be deposited into the Federal Land Disposal Account and be available for expenditure.
