This bill requires the President to close China's consulate in New York City and expel all diplomatic personnel assigned there within 72 hours of the bill's enactment. The bill also requires the President to close the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in New York City and cancel the visas or other entry documents of all Chinese citizens assigned there within the same 72-hour period.
