Connecting Students with Mental Health Services Act

This bill requires the Department of Education (in coordination with the Department of Health and Human Services) to carry out a grant program for eligible entities to support the mental and behavioral health of elementary and secondary school students. An eligible entity is a partnership between (1) a local educational agency or a consortium of such agencies, and (2) a community health care provider or an educational service agency.
