Keep our Correctional Officers Paid Act

This bill provides appropriations for the salaries and expenses of certain Bureau of Prisons (BOP) employees who are required to work during a lapse in appropriations (i.e., government shutdown).

Specifically, the bill provides appropriations to BOP for the salaries and expenses of any correctional staff who are excepted from furlough (i.e., required to work) during a lapse in discretionary appropriations during any fiscal year that begins on or after the enactment date for this bill.
