This resolution directs the Committee on House Administration to require each Member, officer, and employee of the House of Representatives to complete a program of emergency preparedness training during each Congress.

This program must include (1) training in the use of emergency equipment; (2) reviewing protective actions, emergency notifications, and office-level emergency preparedness; and (3) reviewing safe haven protocols.
