Stop Child Abuse Act
This bill nullifies the executive order titled Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Individuals, which was issued on June 15, 2022. The order directed several executive agencies to establish initiatives that support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex individuals in a variety of settings, including health care, education, housing, and social services.
Referred to the Committee on Education and Labor, and in addition to the Committees on Energy and Commerce, Foreign Affairs, Ways and Means, Oversight and Reform, and Financial Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
