Neutralizing Unfair Chinese Export Subsidies Act of 2021

This bill places requirements on the Department of the Treasury related to negotiations to end export credit financing.

Specifically, the bill requires Treasury to submit a strategy for U.S. advocacy and cooperation with allies and partners.
