State Access to Firearms Evading Revocation Act

The bill expands the categories of persons to whom the sale or disposition of a firearm or ammunition is prohibited.

Specifically, the bill adds a new category of prohibited persons: persons (1) who have had a state permit or license to purchase, own, or possess a firearm revoked and not reinstated; or (2) who have been ordered by a state court to surrender all firearms and such firearms have not been lawfully returned.
