Creating Resources to Improve Situations of Inherent Severity Act or the CRISIS Act

This bill increases the authorization of FY2022-2023 appropriations for crisis care under the Community Mental Services Block Grant program for adults with serious mental illnesses and children with serious emotional disturbances.
