Civil Justice for Victims of Coronavirus Act

This bill allows lawsuits against a foreign government for physical or economic injury occurring in the United States following any reckless action or omission by the foreign government (or by an official or agent of the foreign government) that caused or substantially aggravated the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States.
