This bill requires an issuer of securities to disclose certain information regarding human capital management policies, practices, and performance. This information includes workforce data related to

  • full-time, part-time, and contingent employees;
  • turnover and retention rates;
  • racial, ethnic, and gender composition;
  • skills, training, and capabilities;
  • health and safety;
  • compensation and incentives; and
  • recruiting.
