Health Care Price Check Act of 2019

This bill requires Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare prescription drug plan sponsors, and private health insurers to have a toll-free phone number and website through which enrollees may obtain certain health insurance information. Among other items, the phone number and website must provide information relating to cost-sharing requirements, the quality of covered items and services, and out-of-network providers, as applicable.
