This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of S.J.Res. 68 (demanding the removal of unauthorized Armed Forces from hostilities in Iran), the Senate amendment to H.R. 2486 (Fostering Undergraduate Talent by Unlocking Resources for Education Act), and H.R. 6172 (USA FREEDOM Reauthorization Act of 2020).

Certain proceedings may take place on any legislative day from March 13, 2020, through March 22, 2020.

It shall be in order at any time through the calendar day of March 22, 2020, for the Speaker of the House to suspend the rules.
