This resolution recognizes the 20th anniversary of the Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) program. (REACH is a national program administered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that aims to reduce health disparities among racial and ethnic populations with the highest burden of chronic disease.)

The resolution further expresses the commitment of the House of Representatives to protecting and expanding investments to address racial and ethnic health disparities and encourages federal agencies to build on the work of REACH grantees.
