This bill requires home health agencies to provide personal protective equipment to their workers, and to regularly report data regarding worker deaths, during the public health emergency relating to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) as a condition of federal payment under Medicare, Medicaid, and specified COVID-19 relief funds.
