Expeditious Vaccine Advice with Legitimate, Unbiased, Apolitical, and Technical Expertise Act or the EVALUATE Act

This bill requires the Food and Drug Administration, before licensing or authorizing any COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) vaccine, to receive advisory committee recommendations concerning the vaccine's safety and effectiveness.
