Strengthening America's Families Act of 2020

This bill provides statutory authority for the Infant and Toddler Court Program and permits the Health Resources and Services Administration to expand the program, including by awarding grants to states, tribes, and territories.

This program supports case management services and other activities to improve the health, well-being, and development of infants, toddlers, and families in the child welfare system.
