Stop Coronavirus Scams Act of 2020

This bill doubles the applicable forfeiture penalty, criminal fine, and term of imprisonment for anyone who provides misleading or inaccurate caller identification information in an attempt to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value by using false information related to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
