Guard and Reserve Retirement Points during COVID-19 Pandemic Act

This bill authorizes the Department of Defense to approve constructive credit towards retirement for a reservist of the Armed Forces who cannot complete minimum annual training requirements due to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) national emergency.
