Make Americans Savvy and Knowledgeable Safeguarding Ourselves from the Novel coronavirus Act or the MASKS ON Act

This bill requires the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to conduct a national campaign to inform the public on the use of personal protective equipment with respect to the virus that causes COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019). In carrying out the campaign, the CDC may (1) coordinate with other governmental departments and agencies; and (2) award grants to, and enter into contracts with, public or private entities.
