Fresh Produce for Kids in Need Act

This bill modifies food and nutrition programs of the Department of Agriculture to include the fresh fruit and vegetable program as a qualified program for purposes of allowing certain waivers of program requirements for the school meal programs due to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
