Northern Mariana Islands Small Business Development Act

This bill expands eligibility for certain Small Business Administration (SBA) programs to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Specifically, the bill includes the Northern Mariana Islands within the purview of the SBA's Small Business Development Center Program and the Federal and State Technology Partnership Program.
