Removal Jurisdiction Clarification Act of 2020

This bill requires federal courts to remand to state court, upon motion, civil actions that are removed to federal court solely on the basis of diversity jurisdiction, if a citizen of the state where the action has been brought has joined as a defendant but has not yet been served.
