Military Care Package Program Act

This bill provides for free postage for a military care package mailed by a family member to a member of the Armed Forces deployed in support of a contingency operation and addressed to a postal facility located at an Armed Forces installation.

The Department of Defense shall reimburse the U.S. Postal Service for carrying out this bill.
