Better Transparency in Information for Medicare Beneficiaries Act of 2019

This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to provide individuals who are eligible for low-income subsidies under the Medicare prescription drug benefit with a comparison of premiums under certain benchmark (i.e., low-premium) plans.
