Giving Agriculture Relief from Loopholes in International Commerce Act or the GARLIC Act

This bill specifies that processed dried garlic and dried garlic mixed with minimal amounts of other vegetables are subject to the higher duty imposed on dried garlic instead of the lower duties imposed on further processed vegetables and other mixed vegetables.
