Combating Meth and Cocaine Act

This bill authorizes the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to award grants to states for the treatment and prevention of opioid-use disorders. Funds may be used for activities including education, treatment, and medical screenings related to opioid-use disorders, as well as for referrals to behavioral health services and recovery support. Grants also may be used to prevent or treat cocaine- or methamphetamine-use disorders.
