Territory Health Revitalization Act

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to reserve a portion of funding under the health profession opportunity grant program for U.S. territories and makes the Northern Mariana Islands eligible for program grants (which provide low-income individuals with education and training in health care occupations).

HHS must award at least two grants in U.S. territories.
