Chief Manufacturing Officer Act
This bill directs the President to appoint a United States Chief Manufacturing Officer who shall (1) coordinate manufacturing-related policies and activities across agencies; and (2) create and submit a national manufacturing srategy to develop the manufacturing sector, encourage economic growth, and promote the competitiveness of U.S. manufacturing.
