Border and Refugee Assistance Act of 2019

This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security and Department of State to work to expand in-country refugee application processing centers in the Northern Triangle countries (typically defined as Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador). It also states that victims of domestic violence and gangs are eligible for refugee protections.
