Diplomatic Personnel Modernization Act
This bill directs the Department of State to provide Congress with a five-year staffing plan. The plan shall contain certain information, including a set of comprehensive workforce data and recommendations on the number of Foreign Service officers, disaggregated by service cone, that should be posted at each foreign mission.
