Children's Product Warning Label Act of 2019

This bill prohibits the sale of a children's cosmetic that contains talc unless it includes a specific warning or the cosmetic is demonstrated to be asbestos-free. (Talc means a basic silicate of magnesium and includes talcum powder, hydrous magnesium silicate, non-fibrous talc, non-asbestiform talc, steatite talc, and fibrous non-tremolite talc.)
