Mothers and Offspring Mortality and Morbidity Awareness Act or the MOMMA's Act

This bill establishes a series of programs and requirements to address maternal mortality in the United States, including expanded coverage under Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) for pregnant and postpartum women. The bill also increases excise taxes on certain tobacco products, including cigarettes.
