Income Verification Act

This bill directs states to use federal tax return information to verify an individual's income eligibility for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, Medicaid, or the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as the food stamp program).
