Addiction Prevention and Responsible Opioid Practices Act

This bill establishes a series of requirements relating to opioid regulation, prescribing, and monitoring, including licensure requirements for pharmaceutical representatives, a national opioid drug mapping tool to monitor prescribing practices of Medicaid providers, and an excise tax on opioid manufacturers.
