This bill reduces environmental requirements for agricultural producers, including requirements concerning
- the takings of certain birds at farms or aquaculture facilities,
- exports of certain sea urchins and sea cucumbers,
- discharges of pesticides,
- the use of information and data collected in accordance with certain environmental laws, or
- oil pollution on farms.
