Disaster Assistance Simplification Act
This bill prohibits a recipient of a disaster-recovery grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development from denying an applicant for assistance, or reducing the amount of assistance offered to the applicant, on the basis that the applicant declined disaster-recovery relief assistance from the Small Business Administration.
