Directs the Department of the Treasury to furnish to the House of Representatives the tax returns for tax years 2006-2016 of Donald J. Trump and of each business entity disclosed on his Office of Government Ethics Form 278e and any supplemental information in his possession relating to:

  • the amount of taxes paid by Trump and each such business entity for such taxable years,
  • Trump's and such entities' debts held by foreign governments or companies,
  • Trump's and such entities' investments in foreign countries or enterprises,
  • Trump's personal and business profits received from foreign enterprises,
  • the amount of charitable giving claimed by Trump for such taxable years, and
  • any use of tax shelters or other loopholes to reduce the amount of taxes owed.

(Sec. 2) Lists the 515 business entities disclosed on such form.
