Remove Extraneous Measures that Obstruct Value and Efficiency Act or the REMOVE Act

This bill specifies factors that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services must consider when (1) removing a quality measure from certain Medicare payment systems, or (2) selecting or updating quality measures to use under Medicare.
