Stop Welfare for Any Large Monopoly Amassing Revenue from Taxpayers Act of 2018

This bill prohibits a large employer from purchasing its own stock if it (1) pays its employees less than $15 an hour, (2) does not provide its employees with specified paid sick leave, or (3) does not comply with a specified compensation ratio with respect to its executive officers and employees.
