Expand Navigators' Resources for Outreach, Learning, and Longevity Act of 2018 or the ENROLL Act of 2018

This bill revises provisions regarding navigator programs, which assist consumers in understanding their coverage options and finding coverage on health-insurance exchanges. Specifically, the bill (1) requires the Department of Health and Human Services to award grants to support navigator programs associated with federally facilitated health-insurance exchanges, (2) provides for outreach and educational activities with respect to such exchanges, and (3) otherwise modifies provisions regarding navigator programs associated with federally facilitated or state-operated health-insurance exchanges.
