Social Security Equity Act of 2018

This bill expands the exception to the windfall elimination provision of the Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) program by lowering the required number of years of coverage. (The windfall elimination provision reduces OASDI benefits for those who receive pensions for certain non-covered employment.)
