Drug Price Transparency Act
This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to report on the feasibility of basing payment rates for prescription drugs under Medicare and Medicare Advantage on the average price of such drugs in countries that are members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (an intergovernmental organization focused on global economic development).
