This bill permanently rescinds all unobligated amounts in the U.S. Enrichment Corporation Fund. The U.S. Enrichment Corporation Fund was established under the Energy Policy Act of 1992 to assist the U.S. Enrichment Corporation with providing uranium enrichment services for the federal government and utilities that operate nuclear power plants.
