Leave No Americans Behind Act of 2018

This bill amends the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 to eliminate the requirement that Department of State evacuation loans to private U.S. citizens or third-country nationals facing war, civil unrest, or natural disasters be reimbursable.
