Better Care for Kids Act

This bill amends the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 to provide that specialized training for federal, state, and local personnel who have substantive contact with unaccompanied alien children shall include best practices for infant and toddler care.
