Restoring Fair Housing Protections Eliminated by HUD Act of 2018

This bill requires the Department of Housing and Urban Development to take certain measures to address fair housing, including by (1) developing a public database of complaints of discriminatory housing practices, and (2) implementing or reissuing specified rules related to fair housing.
