Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome Best Practice Act

This bill amends the Public Health Service Act to require the National Institutes of Health to: (1) expand research regarding prenatal opioid exposure and neonatal abstinence syndrome, and (2) establish best practices for screening and treatment.
