Special Operations Forces Tax Cut Act of 2018

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code, with respect to the exclusion from gross income for certain combat zone compensation of members of the Armed Forces, to expand the provision to include compensation for service outside of a combat zone by members of the Armed Forces assigned to special operations forces in support of operations to combat terrorism.
