Protect Patriot Spouses Act

This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to consider certain nonimmigrant aliens who are or were the spouses of U.S. citizen service members or honorably discharged veterans as having been inspected and admitted to the United States without regard to illegal entry, illegal presence, or document grounds of inadmissibility for purposes of adjustment to permanent resident status. (Currently, aliens under such grounds of inadmissibility are not considered to have been inspected and admitted and may not pursue citizenship without first departing the United States.)
